Sara Evans was very detailed in her divorce filings about her husband Craig Schelske. By now, most of country music and fans of Sara Evans from the ABC Reality show ‘Dancing with the Stars’ were shocked to read what she is accusing her husband of thirteen years, Craig Schelske of doing online, in person and in front of the TV.

The accusations range from adulterous affairs, pictures of him in those affairs, Internet ads asking for three-way and anal sex and being caught by one of his children watching porn on TV. It has all of the basic ick factor and may observers and some legal experts are asking why so much detail?

The Tennessean newspaper points this out and gives this item.
“It is generally unusual to get very detailed,” prominent divorce attorney Rose Palermo said. “Typically, even if you are charging inappropriate conduct, you wouldn’t generally specify what the grounds or specifics are. My philosophy is you try to hold something back to bargain with at a later date.”
Evans’ attorney, John Hollins Jr., would not comment on the filing. However, speculation in the legal community is that the decision to include the highly personal information was made in part because the filing requested restraining orders, temporary custody of the children and an order that would prohibit him from taking the children to Oregon.
Lawyers say that information may have been necessary for the judge to grant the temporary custody and restraining orders.

Sara claims that her soon-to-be-ex had an affair with the former nanny to their three children; kept photos on his computer of himself having sex with other women; was discovered by one of their children watching pornography on TV; forbade a Dancing with the Stars stylist from entering their home, declaring the man was a “sodomiteâ€; and often threatened her, among other charges.
According to the document filed in chancery court, Schelske allegedly has on his computer at least 100 photographs of himself posing in an aroused state. There are several photographs of him having sex with other women, the filings stated.

“On his computers, husband maintains ‘Craigs Lists.’ Many of them involve requests for three party sex and anal sex. Husband’s ‘Craigs Lists’ are composed of personal ads on his personal sex engine involving him and prospective sex partners,†the documents stated.
The court document included an exhibit of nine recent “Craigs Lists’’ items stored in the temporary files of his computers.

Schelske denied the accusations in a statement.
“I have made the decision to forgive Sara for the unfortunate campaign that she and her publicity advisers are currently waging,” he says.
“I adamantly deny the allegations that are being made. As distressing as it is to have to communicate about this matter publicly, Sara has unfortunately become a dramatically different person over the last year and it is something we have struggled to deal with. Sadly, it appears we have failed,” he continues.
“The best I can do at this difficult time is ask that people of faith would pray for her and for my family.”
