Now at least one guest that attended a party there earlier this year believes that she has spotted Anna’s spirit wandering the resort.  According to a report from In Touch Weekly a woman named  Stephanie Pont was among the guests who paid up to $200 to party at the hotel’s Passion club on New Year’s Eve.

The guest tells the weekly entertainment magazine that she believes that she saw the late star’s ghost wandering the hotel.  “The ghost looked just like Anna,” Pont says.  “I saw her in the hotel lobby.”  Who you gonna call?

It’s the talk of the area,” says a local resident.  “Anna hasn’t left the building yet.”  Smith’s death sparked a bitter custody battle over her little baby Dannielynn Hope.  Eventually DNA tests would prove that California photographer Larry Birkhead was the father and he now has custody of the little girl.
