Cash for plastic promo for The Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort?
"We wanted to change the face of a typical casino promotion, and with this one we are literally doing it," said Kathleen McSweeney, senior vice president of marketing for Trump Entertainment Resorts.
"Many people have something they want to change; a nip and tuck here, a lift there, but the cost of these procedures can be quite costly," she said. "This promotion will allow the winner the opportunity to get the procedures of their choice."
Paper or Plastic? The winner can also take cash.

Holly Madison (pictured) has insured her breasts for $1 million.
The former Playboy model has decided to protect her most valuable assets in case she should ever suffer a freak injury or accident and was no longer able to appear in erotic Las Vegas production ‘Peepshow’.
Holly – who bares her 36D surgically enhanced boobs in the show – told People magazine: “I've heard about people getting body parts insured and I thought, ‘Why not?’ Because if anything happened to my boobs, I'd be out for a few months and I'd probably be out a million dollars. I thought I'd cover my assets."
Although the 31-year-old blonde beauty recognizes the slight absurdity of the policy – which she has taken out with insurance company Lloyd's of London – she insists it’s a shrewd business decision because her breasts are her “money makers”.
Holly – who starred with her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner in reality TV show 'The Girls Next Door' with Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson – added: “I think it's kind of funny. I think they're getting the credit they deserve. They're my primary money makers right now."
