The 2012, 2013 NFL football season comes to a close this weekend with Super Bowl XLVII and Beyonce Knowles has been training for her Super Bowl Halftime Show since 2012, the singer has put in three months of training to get the show just right.
The Super Bowl champion will be decided on Feb. 3, 2013 when the SF 49ers take on the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XLVII, and when the game goes to halftime, Beyonce will be ready.
There are reports she has been making diva like demands for her whole family while in New Orleans, including diva demands for her baby Blue Ivy, and of course her husband Jay-Z.
One report claimed she wanted "her baby's cedar bed be shipped from their home in New York to the Superdome, where she wants a nursery decorated with rose-scented candles and kept at a constant 78 degrees Fahrenheit." and other special perks for Jay-Z.
While 78 is a nice temperature for Blue Ivy and she probably does need her cedar bed to get some serious snooze time, the NFL trotted someone out to and denied Beyonce is a diva.
Brian McCarthy, the NFL's Vice President of Communications, tells TMZ, "We have enjoyed her creativity, vision and spirit in putting on a great show that is truly a Super Bowl performance."
No Lip-sync for the Super Bowl?
Beyonce – who was criticized last week for miming the National Anthem at President Barack Obama's inauguration – has reportedly been preparing to perform live at the high profile sporting event in New Orleans on Sunday since the end of October 2012 and she is determined to show that she can actually perform live.
A source close to the halftime show told EOnline.com: ''Rehearsals typically go on for two to three months in advance'' and explained that the 31-year-old singer was likely to have signed a deal to perform at the event last summer.
Beyonce is still smarting from her lip sync scandal and one of the problems was that she only had one night to rehearse with the US Marine Corp Band before the performance.

Knowles is reportedly feeling the pressure to wow this weekend despite believing she did nothing wrong.
A source close to the 'Diva' singer said she was very disappointed and felt ''a technicality which everybody does took away from the beauty of the moment.
''She didn't think there was anything wrong with it. Pavarotti has done it! It was freezing out, and if she messed up just one note, that would have been the story.
''Everybody uses these tracks, and the music director advised it. Any big outdoor live performance is almost always with some kind of track.
''She did sing, but used a track.''
How much will she make?
Beyonce is not being paid to perform at the event but her production costs, which are estimated to be in the region of $600,000, will be covered and her show is being sponsored as part of her $50 million deal with her.
