Former LAPD officer Chris Dormer left a online manifesto threatening to kill police officers and their families and has been busy carrying out his threats.
He has shot at two police officers who were protecting a specific person named on the online hit list in Corona, grazing one and has also killed another police officer and seriously wounded another in a shooting in Riverside.
Police say he is the chief suspect in a murder of a retired LA Captain's daughter and her fiancé as well.
His killing spree has left three dead and his online manifesto makes threats against any police officer.
That has cops on edge and beware if you drive a blue, black or grey Nissan Titan pickup truck in or around Los Angeles today with California license plates as police have already mistakenly shot two people in a truck similar to that driven by suspect Christopher Jordan Dorner.
Police said the U.S. Navy reservist may be driving a blue 2005 Nissan Titan pickup truck with a Department of Defense sticker on it.
Two elderly Asian women who merely delivering newspapers before dawn in Torrance in a similar truck were shot by police.
One was shot in the hand and the other in the back, reports the LA Times. They were taken to a hospital for treatment.
"Tragically, we believe this was a case of mistaken identity by the Los Angeles police officers," Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck said, adding that one victim suffered a minor gunshot wound and the second was listed in stable condition with two gunshot wounds.
Manifesto…
The manifesto is a chilling read and includes accusations of misdeeds of police officers in Los Angeles.
Dorner believes himself to be a whistleblower.

Cops on Edge…
"He knows what he's doing," L.A. Police Chief Charlie Beck told reporters Thursday at a press conference.
"We trained him. He was also a member of the armed forces. It is extremely worrisome and scary, especially for the police officers involved."
Here is a timeline of Dorner's busy Thursday morning:
Corona: Two LAPD officers providing security for someone believed to be on Dorner's target list came under fire. One officer was grazed by a bullet.
Riverside: Two officers on routine patrol — not looking for Dorner — were ambushed at a stop light at 1:45 a.m. One was killed, and the other was rushed to surgery.
San Diego: A passerby finds Dorner's LAPD badge and an ID near Lindbergh Field.
“The violence of action will be high …. I will bring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in LAPD uniform whether on or off duty," Dorner wrote in his manifesto.
