Being the girlfriend of PGA golfer Tiger Woods has benefits and at times also has drawbacks and for Lindsey Vonn that means an examination of your personal life, and at times in a very deep manner.
Such is the case this week in the tabloids as Lindsey's childhood along with her parents and their personal life were examined under the media microscope and the claims include "mental illness, heavy debts and kidnapping," according to a National Enquirer story.
The Enquirer looked back at her parents divorce through court papers and cited a court-appointed investigator who unveiled a variety of incidents and tragic happenings of Lindsey's earlier family life.
The information is said to be from court documents and contains terrible accusations and paints a picture of a difficult childhood for Lindsay and a tough divorce for her parents played out in detail in court during the finalization of the split.
The Enquirer story is here and cites an insider who claims Tiger Woods is unaware of the tragedies in Lindsey's past and believes it might affect their future.
