Hogzilla 2014 killed – A massive wild hog was killed by a North Carolina hunter this month and the photo and a video of the Hogzilla have been posted online.
The giant animal was about eight foot long and weighed an approximate 500 pounds and yes that photo above is real and not photoshopped, according to the hunter, Jett Webb.
Hogzilla 2014 was shot and killed in Bertie County, North Carolina.
A hunting club had spotted the massive hog on private leased land used for hunting, they even have cameras set up that caught the giant wild boar on film and many of the hunt club members were looking to bag the beast.
The man who wound up shooting an killing the hog did an interview (Watch the video below) and told a local TV station that it was a thrill and says he has food to feed his family for a long time.
"It was very surreal," Webb said.
"It was a shock. It was very humbling to say the least, when you walk up on a beast that big and you say, 'Oh my gosh. I had no idea that there could be something that big running around the woods of Eastern North Carolina.'"
There have been Hogzilla tales and hoaxes, however, Webb says the photo is real and so is the fact that he now has a freezer full of pork.

"I just set out to put a little meat in the freezer," the hunter added. "But afterwards I was completely blown away."
