A fireworks case against Khloe Kardashian has gone up in smoke, she scored an easy court victory according to a TMZ report the reality TV actress won't have to pay any money in case brought against her.
TMZ reveals:
"The Marina Del Rey resident, who claimed his life was turned upside down during a middle-of-the-night fireworks show commissioned by Khloe. He also says the explosions traumatized his dog.
You'll recall … Khloe threw James Harden a boat party for his 26th birthday and when the clock struck 12 it sounded like a war zone.
Ferguson, who sued Khloe for $7,500 in small claims court, was a no show, so the judge dismissed the case."
Khloe also revealed her revenge body strategy says she believe her "revenge body" is the best way to get over a break-up.
The 31-year-old reality star has never been in better shape since her marriage to Lamar Odom ended in December 2013 and she says her figure is a "by-product" of working hard in the gym to forget her heartbreak.
She said: "People ask me all the time, 'How did you bounce back from your break-up?'
"I guess since I started transforming my body and myself after such a low point in my life, people see me as some sort of expert on the subject. I'm not claiming to be one…because you asked, here's how I feel like a badass after a break-up.
"I told [my brother] Rob a while back: the best form of revenge is a good body. It's a little silly but true.
"There is literally no downfall to working out your blues in the gym! You'll feel better, and the by-product will be a fierce bod that's bound to make your ex do a double-take."
However, the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star admitted working out can't solve everything.
She added in a post on her app: "But, the most important thing is to be honest with yourself. You need to find a way to genuinely be OK with the fact that things didn't work out, and know that time heals all.
"Nothing lasts forever–that's the good news and the bad news! Focus on the positive and don't fake it."
